📦 6. How to Order

  1. Select your product type (J-WT / Zirconia / Aluminium Oxide)

  2. Enter Length × Width × Grit × Quantity

  3. Click Calculate → View total price

  4. Click Buy Now to confirm your order

  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your details

​🧩 1. Measurement Rules

  • Always mention Length × Width (in inches or millimeters) clearly.

  • Belt length = total circumference (loop length).

  • Belt width = the working surface width.

  • Example: 760 × 50 mm or 30" × 2" belt.

⚙️ 2. Grit Selection

Choose grit according to your application:

  • Coarse (40–80 grit) → Heavy material removal, metal grinding.

  • Medium (100–180 grit) → General sanding, blending surfaces.

  • Fine (220–400+ grit) → Polishing and smooth finishing.
    Custom grits available on request.

Pick the right abrasive cloth:

  • J-WT Cloth Belt: Flexible, ideal for contours, wood, and soft metals.

  • Zirconia Belt: Heavy-duty, long life, for stainless steel & hard metals.

  • Aluminium Oxide Belt: General-purpose, cost-effective, for wood & metal.

🧱 4. Custom Manufacturing Rules

  • Custom belts are made to order — confirm size and grit before production.

  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply for rare sizes or grits.

  • Delivery time for custom belts: 2–5 business days depending on quantity.

  • No return or exchange for wrongly mentioned sizes — please double-check measurements before confirming your order.

💰 5. Pricing & Payment

  • Price is calculated based on belt area (Length × Width), grit type, and material.

  • For bulk or industrial orders, discount pricing is available.

  • GST invoice available for all business customers.
